tracking foods

How do you change foods from day to day..meal to meal... yesterday was my first day put foods and snacks in with no trouble...today is a nightmare! foods from yesterday carried over to today and I can't make any changes! Find the sight not user friendly for people like me who are computer illiterate please can someone help me!

I think its just showing you what you "recent" food choices have been. There should be an empty bar above the foods that give you a place to search your new foods for the day. good luck!0

Take a deep breath. You can do this!
First, click on the tab labeled FOOD. You should see today's date at the top. There are arrows to the left and right that will allow you to go forward or backward in the week. Make sure the date is today's date.
Now, click on "Add Food" (you will find under each of the meals). This will bring you to a window that shows you your most recent foods selected. If you have eaten something you have previously added, then just check the box(es) and click "Add Checked". If you want to search for new food into the search feature and hit "send". Any items you add will then be added to your "most recent foods" database.
I hope this helps some. Just play around with the various buttons and looks. If you get stuck, you can always click on "My Home" to take you back to your home page.0
