HAHA, that's awesome. I could never do that! Embarrassment aside, I would no doubt fall over.

I saw a young woman at my gym one day doing some type of twist and arm pump move while on an elliptical. She was easily 3 times my size and I was totally in awe of her. I am so NOT that coordinated.

I just watched another video on youtube and it is call dance aerobics on treadmill lol, it looks like fun and if I had a tread mill i would do it.

Loved IT! seen another similar video and it looks like so much more fun that just walking or running on the treadmill.. I would do this but need to lose a few more first. When I run on the treadmill at the gym the treamill shakes and its so embarrasing but I do it anyway.
