Hi.
I am trying to figure out how to log a large amount of food
Example: I made a large amount of chicken and veggies with a sauce so that I can eat for a day or so. Only had 2 cups so far for dinner. How do I log/record the main meal and then show a cup or so here and there?
Any tips? I can't figure out how to do that...

You can save the large portion as a favourite meal and then when eating only a little bit later, use the main one but reduce the portion size. I think.0

I enter meals like that as recipes, putting in all of the exact ingredients (including spices) that I used and note how many servings I expect the meal to be. That way the site calculates the per-serving nutrition information for me. And if i decide to make it again, it's already entered into the system.0

Thank you both. I did find out how to do it under Recipes. I'm liking this site the more and more I use it! :-)0
