  • Please don't give up. How long have you been watching your weight? Maybe you have just hit a plateau. Look for a great blog by SimonLondon that was posted yesterday. In it he really explained plateaus and how to combat them. Perhaps you have been gaining muscle weight as he mentioned. Do your clothes fit better?
It takes time to get it right. I understand your frustration. I haven't lost any weight in over a month but just keep plugging away at it.

Awwwwww don't give up Hun! How long have you been going at it for? I didn't see results for almost a month of eating healthy and working out. I started to lose quickly when I stopped eating processed foods and started drinking more water. Way more water. You can do it!!!

That would be very discouraging. Hard to provide feedback not knowing what you have been eating. You may consider making your food diary public so that it can be viewed. But just to let you know what has worked successfully for me: I cut out white flour and white sugar and in general, I only eat fresh foods. Rule of thumb is to shop the perimeter of the grocery store. I bake/roast most of my foods using just a little olive oil and my favorite seasonings and only use salt sparingly. I lost 7 pounds my first week and for the first 3 months, my weight came off at about 1 pound a week. I would just suggest you look at what you are eating (lots of processed, high sodium, lots of carbs????) and WHEN you are eating. I log everything that crosses my lips, even if it is just ONE M&M, because every calorie does count. My food diary is public if you want to view for any ideas. I wish you well and encourage you NOT to give up! The weight will not come off unless you make it happen.

Take a deep breathe...take a step back for a bit...re-dedicate yourself...and jump right back in with a whole new INTENSITY and COMMITMENT!!! You can do this!!

There are so many factors that could be affecting your weightloss.....but you shouldnt give up, just have to try and figure it out.

    Questions....

How long have you been trying to loose weight?

How many calories are you taking in each day? Maybe too little believe or not...shouldnt be less than 1200

Does your diet include a lot of processed food? Because they are high in sodium...too much sodium is not good in any diet.

How much water are you drinking? You need minimum 64 oz however if you work out you need alot more than that

How often do you eat? You should eat every 2-4 hours....and try not to eat past 7pm if your time schedule permits

You need loads of veggies ind fruits in your diet

If you drink Juice...try and cut them out they are unwanted calories with loads of sugar

Make sure you are watching your Carbs and fat intake.....even if you are low on calories but taking in too much carb and fat, may also be a factor

    Wish you good luck

My aunt hasnt lost any weight in months....and she eats healthy.....but I told her she doesnt eat enough and she eats the same stuff everyday.....she needs to change stuff up a bit and also change up her workout and she may see some change

    Try tweeking stuff abit
