    My March goal is to incorporate weights into my workout starting at twice a week. Right now I'm all cardio and trying to get used to working out, which I feel I'm finally doing. I'm planning on starting weights the second week of March and see how I feel.

    Keep eating at or below my calorie goals for the day (was struggling for awhile but have done really well this week) and hopefully lose at least 2 pounds (I have my cals set to .5 pound a week since I don't have a lot to lose)
