50 Pounds Down... PICTURES!!

Hello Friends!!

I began this journey in September of 2012, and to date, I have lost 50 pounds!! It used to seem that my "goal weight" was impossibly out of reach, but now I am just 23 pounds away from getting there. Thanks to MFP, my friends, and my family for helping me achieve this dream. For workouts, I do a mixture of Jillian Michaels DVDs. (30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, Yoga Meltdown, and Kickbox FastFix.) My favorite DVDs thus far are Kickbox FastFix and Yoga Meltdown. Each DVD offers a series of AMAZING workouts... and I can't believe I achieved such great success without stepping foot inside a gym. I usually eat around 1200 calories/day (net).
