I am 63 and have needed to loose weight for many years.
My daughter Shellie found this site, and I love it.
I am a visual person, and this helps me see my day, with the input to the site.
This site makes me feel good about what I am doing.

    Eating food is like filling your car with gas, make sure after you fill, take the car out for a ride, instead of parking it in the garage with a full tank!
