Still full from the night before?

Here's the thing, I ate a snack at 11pm last night and I'm still full. I'm about to go into a really intense workout. So I'm eating breakfast anyway. However would really like to know what to do in the future?
There are two rules here: always eat breakfast and don't eat when you're not hungry. So what do you do when you are still full from the night before? Especially in lieu of a big workout?
Also while we are on the topic, have you heard of fasted working out? I've been concerned to do it because if I don't eat breakfast. At 7.30 am with the kids there's no time for me to eat until 11am. I work out at 9.15 am. Before that time there is a lot of running around. What do you, especially trying to lose weight?

I practice intermittent fasting and just broke my fast for the day (about 4pm my time). If you aren't hungry then don't eat. There is no evidence that you must have breakfast (early in the day).
Just my opinion.
Edit to add: I also almost always work out fasted.0 -
i dont eat unless i am hungry. The end.0

if i was still full i wouldnt eat.
try working out without the breakfast and see how you do - if your workout suffers, then try not to snack so close to bedtime the next time you have a morning workout planned.
ive exercised fasted before and didnt notice too much of a difference. i dont always eat breakfast in the morning with the kids, sometimes i dont even eat at all until lunch time (though thats technically still "breakfast" in the actual sense of the word). never messed with my weightloss0 -
If I'm still full from the night before I wouldn't eat before I worked out. Definitely after though.0

Thank you. It's true that breakfast doesn't have to be in the morning. I ate breakfast but skipped other meals during the day. Felt a bit bloated though. I'm back on track with my meals now.
That night I just needed a sweet snack... or indulgence and forgot how filling peanut butter and banana can be :-/
Next time I won't eat until hungry.
With fasting before working out..... I think I'll start to try it out, however I've been really enjoying my oats fruit and yoghurt in the mornings lately0
