Now that one looks like a yum bulk diet!!
The only way I could lose pounds, was eating 6 times a day, some find it hard to believe, but having a time for meals, and avoid feeling hungry/skip meals really helped my weight loss goals. Now, I'm trying to pack muscle, let's see what the nutritionist can recommend to reach my goal!0 -
Its a shame hes not all natural BUT was a beast even before turning to the dark side. But food is FUEL agreed 100%0
