My name is Natasha and I am really trying to lose some baby weight! I have been exercising for a few weeks but now I'm working on the hardest part...dieting! I joined to meet some new people trying to do the same thing and hopefully get a lot of support because I definitely need it! So, day 1 of DIET and exercise begin tomorrow!!!!

Hi Natasha. You can do this. You needed the additional weight to help your body support the baby. Now it's time for MOM. Set yourself up for success. Have good things to eat in the house so you can grab them quickly. Enter everything you eat. Start out by tracking everything you eat and find places to cut down on calories. You can ease into this and it wouldn't be such a shock to you. I cut down on the amount to cream I put in my coffee. I enjoy flavored cream so I just drink less of it. I cut the butter and mayo from sandwiches. You get the idea. If you change your eating habits slowly you will lose slowly however, you will have changed you not just what you eat. Good Luck... stick to a plan and have patiences with yourself, just as you do with that new baby.0
