I love my carribbean food that i cook for my partner and son, but i know its not soo good on the fats and stuff, any suggestions how to still cook it tasting tasty but cut out the fat ect??

what dishes are you cooking? Stick to olive oil, try baking things instead of frying...there are lots of ways to cut calorie corners. Except for tostones. There's just no real low fat way to make those.0

use the recipe feature and make substitutes when you can. i make whatever i can with extra vegetables, only olive oil and lean beef. i bake empanadas.

Well since I cook the same Caribbean foods, I say use less oil and more seasonings for flavor.
I love fried dumplings too, as well as fried plantains but I try not to eat them regularly. Switch it up and boil some stuff.0
