I started MFP 2 years ago tomorrow. I would loose 20 pounds ..gain it back...loose it again..gain it back and then some..etc etc etc.. After getting out of a extremely unhealthy long term relationship I decided I needed to make a change. I am 5 ft even and started at 191. I am now 140. I still have 20 pounds or so to loose but I am slowly working at it.

I came across an old picture tonight and I couldn't believe I looked like that. I feel like "I don't remember ever looking THAT terrible".

As embarrassing as it is... Here it goes....

    I started out doing turbo fire and walking. As of May I started using the gym while I am at school. Elliptical, walking, bike, or treadmill. That's it!

    Wow! Great job! I joined MFP about a year and a half ago and I've been having the same problem, losing 15-20 lbs, gaining it back, losing it again, gaining it back. This time I'm determined to loose it and more for good! Thanks for showing me it is possible. Keep up the good work!

    Awesome job! You look great! I'm 5 feet tall, too. My goal for right now is to get down to 140 and go from there.
