Would like to try and use this to replace some sugar in some recipes. I normally make quinoa with berries for breakfast and use about 3 TBS of brown sugar for a large batch... How much agave should I use?? Is it equal to the amount of sugar used or less?

agave has about the same calories as sugar, but it's twice as sweet, so I would start out with half & you can always add more.

Yeah reduce your recipe number for sugar by 1/3 if you use agave. Agave adds volume and I find equal to equal makes whatever I'm eating too moist.

I use about half as normal sugar. I didn't know there was a ratio that was supposed to be followed.
That's just what my tastebuds like. : )
