What is your ultimate motivator?

Being sore the next day, for some reason it makes me want to work out more so I pick out a Victoria Secret bathing suit and hang it (or picture of it) where I see it everyday, by the mirror! Also to look hott naked and not just in clothes!0

When you run out of boomstick shells and slugs... well the ability to just run... I would think helps!
Right? NO ONE in the Zombie Apocalypse is gonna be like: "Oh man, I seriously regret being able to run super fast now because I got in shape." But everyone whose fit will be like "PHEW, thank God that guy's still a fatty and I'm not."
If I had a fitness flowchart it would say: Can you run from Zombies
> No.

Because it is a constant reminder of my failed marriage. I have always struggled with depression but getting married to the wrong woman put that into overdrive. I just kept eating and eating. So my motivation is to get rid of all this crap and move on.
Also I cannot stand looking in the mirror. I grew up with a 6 pack and had it up until my wedding day. Then it all went to hell. I hate fat with a passion it grosses me out. I will be a much happier person.when I get down to a healthy body weight again and don't have to look like that.
Went in with a six pack and came out looking like Homer Simpson.0 -
My workout buddy usually. When I don't feel like doing it, she makes me. When she doesn't feel like doing it, I make her. We don't usually get unmotivated at the same time, but when we do, we still seem to push each other to do it.0

one to know i have lost that weight and to keep it of and for people to know that, and two to feel good about my body and me if you what i mean.0

Mine is the feeling of accomplishment.
I have an idea of what I want to look like and push through the pain (the good pain!) and keep going. (WRT pain, I recognise the bad pain which means I need to rest or stop whatever I'm doing.)0 -
Fashion and looking good naked0

I bought a FitBit yesterday and even though I worked from home today it sure did motivate me to get moving!!
Other than that, my motivation is to look fabulous and not be embarrassed to get in a swimming cosie next summer (first day of Autumn today so I've got 9 months to lose the fat).0 -
older pictures of me and how much fat I've gained and how much muscle ive lost since then........trying to get back to my nicer body.....0

originally it was to better my life, like get a girlfriend and look good, the usual shallow motives I suppose, now its all about evolving for me, my motivation is I am heading towards the very best version of me and I can not wait because as a person I have grown, matured, had tough times and it is them moments that make me work harder0

Actually being able to wear summer clothes this year. No more summers in jeans or "mom shorts". I'm so excited to wear 'real' shorts, a bikini, little summer dresses. It's very motivating.... and very HOT here in the summer, haha.0

First, because it's good for my health, I'm 60 and still high-energy amd not on any prescriptions.
Second- I work in a company that's still full business dress and I have accumulated a wonderful wardrobe of tailor-made clothes- a skirt, 2 suits, 3 jackets, 3 pair of pants. They were not cheap, but they were made in the USA and I'm proud of that. If I gain back the 17 lbs. I've lost, I'm going to strain the seams of the pants and the skirt, which would make them uncomfortable to wear (I hate tight pants/skirts) and is not good for the fabric. My tailor has already tactfully warned me that yo-yo dieting is not good for clothes- you can't keep taking in/letting it without it wrecking the material and leaving tracks. I had one pair pf pants cut down and really need to have him do the rest. Gaining weight after that and letting them out again is not a good idea.
So that's a big motivation!0
