Providing you have a scale and a BF% meter, I would say use the $50 to buy some cool fitness classes on groupon, you can get some great deals and try things you may have never done. I know I rarely use workout equipment at home just because I tend to workout better when I am not at home, however some things I have used is a heavy punching bag and dumb bells are always a great option...good luck and have fun spending it.

My HRM. Holy crap, was I surprised when I found out that I was burning 200 calories less than MFP has for some of the workouts I was doing. Even for jogging.

I'm going to buy a food scale tonight. I have a feeling I underestimate food that is not pre-portioned, like nuts and cheese.

Where can i find a FREE pedometer app for my phone? most i seen are only free to try, then you have to buy? IF not for my phone Where is the cheapest place to purchase one to wear?.... Its hard calculating the distance im walking or how much im moving and burning calories.. esp in my daily house chores, activites. I know if it wears me out i must be burning something. However, I can find nothing listed to count in Exercise etc.
Thank You very much for ANY help or suggestions or places to buy one. You can easily sink a lot of money into weight loss, I have before. My husband is not willing to, frankly neither am I, When there is a way to do this free, easily without spending a ton of money. Just need to find them.

    My legs.

They are only worth $50? ....I am sure you must be selling yourself short.

I'm very short, hence the valuation ;)
