No Pastry Quiche!

Hi everyone,
From my days as a slimming world member I have always made this low-fat version of "quiche". But now I'm calorie counting I've finally got round to adding up the cals etc - and I've found it's full of protein too! So makes a great snack or part of a lunch!
Ingredients:
300g Low Fat Cottage Cheese
4 Medium Eggs
3oz Chicken Breast (you can add ANYTHING to this though - veg, meats - ANYTHING healthy!)
A few spices - I like to add some Garlic and Chilli powder
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, pour into a quiche dish and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 15-20mins or until the top is slightly brown.
I've just worked out the stats and added the to the database.
Per Slice (cut the quiche into 8 slices):
Cals: 88
Fat: 3.6g
Protein: 10g
Carb: 2g
It is nice to have a couple of slices with a salad for lunch or just to have as a snack! And I can't believe how much protein it's got in it!
Hope someone else can enjoy the benefits of this recipe as much as I do!
