Hi there. Hope you are all doing well. :smile:

I have joined this site in the hope to lose those dreaded pounds that i find really difficult to shift. I could do with some help if possible. If anyone has any helpful tips for motivation, great recipes or just gerneral advice it would be greatly appreciated. We can help each other. Hope to chat soon. :flowerforyou:

    hello and welcome, Today is your chance to change and make a differnce in your life.....its time to ive...nobody can hold your hand but i can sure pat your back...ive lost 30 lbs so far with medifast and began walking 10 min aday at 3.0 speed on treadmill for weeks. Now im up to 30 min and a gym workout everyday...i feel great...i have about 10-15 lbs to go and it is hard...but i follow MFP and dont miss a day and it seems to be the answer...so hang in there...add me if you wish...have a blessed and happy day..
