Only 18 lbs? 18 lbs is a lot and there's a difference especially in your tummy. Start taking your measurements so you know how much smaller you're getting!0

When I say only 18 pounds its because I still have 62 to go T_T And about the measurements, I lost my measuring tape and keep forgetting to buy another! >.< Thanks for the comments0 -

You are absolutely beautiful and should be SO proud of your accomplishment! It is obvious you have put in a lot of hard work, and it is paying off!
*Definitely get another measuring tape, since that will almost always give you a more acurate picture of your results than the scale. Also, body fat % is a great number to track, and you can usually get it measured at your gym for free.0 -
U look great!!! :-) ur hard work is def paying off!!! Keep it up ;-)0

Congrats! I am excited because my starting weight was 280 as well. I am on week four of trying to lose weight. I weigh myself every Monday morning and as of last Monday I have lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks. Seeing your progress motivates me. Thank you!0

WOW your doing great, the difference is easy to see. You've already lost a 1/4 of what you want, be proud of yourself. Instead of being someone that complains about their weight whilst doing nothing your succeeding in your goal, well done. And get that measuring tape so you can see in inches/cm how much you have accomplished.0

Thanks! I also love seeing other peoples progress pics that weigh around the same as me or started the same, it gives me so much motivation! If they can do it, so can I!
Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments, I cannot wait to post more progress pics as I lose more weight!0 -
You can definitely see the difference! Good job. I'm about 280 now. It's nice to see how big a difference a few pounds could make for me, too. I bet you feel better, too.0

I agree with the others, you're tummy is definitely significantly smaller. I said to myself, "Is that really only 18 lbs." Sorry you lost your measuring tape. You should def get another one!0
-
You absolutely can see a difference. No question. If you don't think 18 lbs is much go put 18 lbs of something into a bag and pick it up. That's a lot of weight!
Great job!0 -
I met a woman having gastric bypass surgery in the hospital one day who weight over 800lbs. She said something I will never forget. Think of each pound you lose like a pound of butter. Imagine how 18lbs of butter would look stacked in front of you!

Compare your lower back, huge improvement even with a weight lose of 18 lbs. Keep up the good work!0

Well done! Don't minimize 18lbs. We all know how much goes into losing 18lbs. I can see a definite change in your pics. Keep up the great work. Feel free to add me as well.0

18lbs! Wow that's a significant amount of weight! Well done. You can see the difference!0

Keep up the good work. Eat right and get your exercise. Don't think about it, just do it. Some weeks we go up in weight and some weeks we go down in weight.
It's hard when we get stressed, we are tired and just plain don't feel like working out......but a few months downt the road and you will be so happy that you started when you did.0 -
