Hello all. My name is John. I'm a 31 y/o male from NYC. I have always been a big boy, but I have also always been very active and athletic. I'm 6' 1" and when I was In peek condition I was 210 lbs with 12% body fat after living a good life I am now 296 lbs with 39 % body fat. So I am aiming for the the 225 lbs in hoped that it will improve not only my life but my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu game, (i am a purple belt in BJJ, training for almost 4 years now) Well if anyone has any question or need support just give me a holler. Good luck to everyone and remember success doesn't happen in a day, it happens daily!

Hey, how're you? BJJ is amazing, what else are you doing to keep fit. I was in New York for a week recently and managed to get in a couple of good runs. I'm on a bit of a plateau at the moment so reading the last line was reassuring. Good luck in your quest
