    CARROT SOUP
    (T-tablespoon, t-teaspoon)

    2 C Carrot Juice
1 big Avocado (save a bot for the garnish)
    1T +1t minced ginger
    1T +1t lemon juice
    1T +1t olive oil
    1/2 t chopped garlic
    1/2 jalapeno pepper
    1/4 t cayenne pepper
    15 basil leaves

Place ingredients in your blender. Puree' until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Pour into 3 bowls and garnish with a thin slice of avocado. Note: To gently warm with soup, simply blend a little longer. The friction alone will create that.

    Mango Lunch Wraps

1 ripe mango, peeled & diced
    1 avocado, peeled & diced
    1 tomato, diced - OR -
1 handful cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
    1 handful cilantro, coarsely chopped
    2 green onions, sliced
1 lime, juiced salt & pepper, to taste
    Romaine/Collard leaves
3 or 4 Brazil nuts, chopped fine

Mix up everything through salt & pepper, scoop into romaine leaves or collard leaves and sprinkle nuts on top! YUM.

    ALMOND MILK (blender)

    2 C Water
    2 heaping T almond butter
1-2 T Agave or other sweetener
A bit of vanilla to taste
    Pinch Sea Salt

Put ingredients in a blender and blend!!! You can put the milk through a strainer to make sure there aren't tiny pieces of almonds from the butter. Keeps well in a fridge for 3-4 days. The "milk" will separate though, so shake well!
