I have a blog but it isnt just about weight loss its kind of a jumbled mess of everything.... Its a place for me to vent so i can reduce some of my stress which prevents me from losing the weight....

I visited your site and really love the design and feel of it! I love that you have a tab just for your race times and dates, etc. One of my goals for this year was to complete a 5k, which I did, but then decided to do one every single month for the entire year. I'm a big girl, with a lot to lose still, but know that I can do this. I'm also intrigued by the notion of intermittent fasting. I haven't heard of this yet, and I'm very curious about it. I have heard about carb cycling...one day of lots of carbs, the next day extremely limited. I hope to read more posts about the fasting. Good luck to you!0
