Struggling so bad, I just want to break down and cry. I don't know what to do anymore. I don't know what to eat that won;t kill my calories but need to feel full throughout the day. I feel lost.

Don't give up!
I had a quick peek at your diary for the past week or so and I have some suggestions.
Try eating more whole grains, switch out brown or multigrain breads/bagels/english muffins/rice/pasta rather than eating the "white" version.
Eat a lot more veggies and salads. Like 3 times the amount you're eating now and then some.
Lowfat yogurt (and greek yogurt) make for great snacks.
I find unsalted, raw seeds and nuts to be a life saver. I buy them bulk and make my own little mix when I can. They're great on salads or with yogurt or fruit or by themselves as a snack.
Good luck!0 -
I'd start by staying out of dunkin donuts. I've got a thing for dunkin donuts coffee, so I brew it at home. I'm not going to argue that it's yummy coffee-it most certainly is.
If you want to eat and feel full and not kill your calories, you want to be seeking out non calorie dense foods and high fiber & high protien. Typically, this is veggies & lean protiens.
My food day:
Breakfast:
Giant bowl of oatmeal (about 200 cal)
Banana (110 cal)
Coffee (22 cal-I use fat free half & half)
Lunch (300-400 cal):
Giant salad
3-4 cups greens (<50 cal)
Tomatoes/cucumbers/onions/whatever other veggies look appealing (<50 calories)
Chicken breast (100 cal)
Salad dressing (100 cal-but can be way less depending on what I choose)
Sometimes I'll chuck a sliced up hard boiled egg in there too for another 80 cal
Dinner (350 cal):
Fish or chicken (100 cal)
Veggies (usually broccoli-a couple cups is 50 calories)
Rice (150 cal)
Sometimes more veggies if I'm hungry (usually another 50 cal)
That's about 1100 calories from pretty big meals.
Now for the snack buffet (kind of goes all day every day):
Couple pieces of fruit (200 cal)
Yogurt (100 cal)
Couple granola bars (200 cal) - these aren't the best, but they satisfy my sweet tooth
Bam-about 1600 cal/day and I eat all day every day. I actually consume more than that because i have a BAD coffee habit, but I swap out coffee calories for other snacks. Try swapping out some of the stuff you're getting at dunkin donuts for some fruit or something. For the calories, fruit is way more filling and just as portable. It's just a matter of slowly making changes and finding food you like that can fill you up without being 80 billion calories.0 -
Thank you. Most of the time my Dunkins is just coffee. I get it Decafe, with splenda and I use one cream (which I put in myself). I know this week I did hit them up for a turkey sausage sandwich. I wish I could brew at home, but I have one of those stupid Keruig machines and I only drink Ice, well it makes it taste so horrible, to watery, I hate that thing so much. I will take those suggestion though. Thank you0
