Getting rid of cellulite?

I am currently doing the 30 day shred, but I also want to add some other work outs to focus on the troubled area's of my body.. in which mainly are my thighs. I have cellulite and it makes me feel so insecure! What are some ways that are PROVEN to work, and you personally have tried maybe? Ive read to drink alot of water (which I do already) and a low carb diet. Any other tips, or tricks? Workouts, ... anything!? THANKS :)

I HATE cellulite - there isn't a lot you can do about it - as it has to do more with the WAY fat is deposited rather than how much you have. That's why even skinny mini's can have it too.

Reducing your fat will help some....as will drinking lots of water.

I hate tanning beds - but tan skin hides the appearance a little bit.

In the summer I use Nivea Skin Firming Serum - it's pricier than some but I've found it to actually work! You have to apply it every single day and when you stop you will see it again - but I had good luck with it. They also sell patches but I can never keep mine on.

There are two ways to get rid of cellulite: 1) Reduce fat while building muscle and 2) Liposuction.

No spot reduction, no easy answer (I wish there were). There are tons of expensive products out there, but to think that lotion can smooth out the fatty deposits in our butt, legs, etc., is pretty unrealistic. I will agree that tanning helps disguise it a little.

Lower your body fat, increase your lean muscle mass. Unfortunately, I don't think there are any quick fixes...

You have to lower your overall bodyfat nothing else will help so eat clean and do long lengths of cardio with little to no resistance. That's what's working for me!

You could try dry body brushing.

I don't know if the science behind this is sound or not, but i do it and it does seem to make a difference.
