Very impressive! I have trouble getting passed the 3 minute run on week 3, hoping you will motivate me!
I had trouble running 1 minute the first week. I thought I was going to pop a lung. I read up on breathing while running and that has helped a lot. I have never run in my life before. If I can do it with bad knees and at 52 yrs old, you can too. Make sure you go slow as possible. I am still very slow but am getting faster every week.

Thanks everybody for the kind replies!

I am doing the C25k. I can now run 28 minutes without walking. it amazes me every time I run.

I have 67 lbs to go.

This is AWESOME!! What a great accomplishment! 28 minutes is a LONG run!! You go, girl!! :) Cheers to you, and Happy Friday!

Very inspiring! I started out at 306 (down to 281 now). I'm also doing the C25K. My longest run so far has been 5 minutes. (Week 4). But you are inspiring me!
