Thigh DOMS Day 4

Okay so I had thigh DOMS for 3 days straight and kept working out thru it. Now I'm on day 4 and DOMS free. I was gonna rest today but suspect I should do a little something just to keep from "starting over" to prevent future soreness. It's my instinct and I may just let the spirit of the eagle guide me today in my workouts. Who thinks what?
