Then I guess coleslaw would be out of the question....
    1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 head of green cabbage or savoy
    shredded carrots
    salt & pepper
    2tbs Red wine vinegar
    1tbs EVOO
    Juice of one lime

    Hi Sun,
that looks like a tasty recipe for the cheddar ranch turkey burgers. The nutrition info you supplied, does that include the bun, lettuce, and tomato or is that for 1 turkey burger patty alone?

You won't like my recommendations, but I'm thinking green beans, grilled zucchini and summer squash with onions, grilled mushrooms and onions and green peppers on kabobs, a big salad, slices upon slices of tomatoes, etc. etc.

Sometimes we think we don't like veggies because we haven't found the right ones. Try a farm stand (or WalMart produce aisle at about 6:30 a.m. on a Saturday) and you'll get better flavor and fresher foods. You might just like one :)

But I am keeping this recipe for the burgers!!

Instead of veggies as a side, why not try fruit? I often mix watermelon, canteloupe for a fruit salad...plus it gives me the sweet so I don't need dessert.

    Or a side salad?

New dessert/snack idea I just heard of:

    Jello & yogurt.
Sugar Free Jello - flavor of your choice
fat-free or low-fat yugurt - flavor of your choice.
The whole serving is supposed to be only 1 Weight Watchers point (hearsay, I haven't calculated it myself yet)
    Directions:
Prepare Jello as usual (mix and 1 cup boiling water)
Then instead of the cold water, add the yogurt.
    Let it set.

It's yummy!! I have tasted the strawberry jello with plain yogurt and it was delish!
My friend recommended Lime jello with Key Lime yogurt, but I imagine the possibilities are endless.
We thought of putting them into small, single serve containers, so they would be easy to grab on the go!!

Thanks for all the suggestions.. I have heard that if I try a really fresh veggie than I might like it. I think I am going out of my box by even including the green onions in the burgers. lol I wish I liked veggies than I would have more options of things to eat. Its the texture I dont like.. the crunching of them.

Ive had sweet potatoe fries one time and I wasnt a big fan.. maybe its something I need to try again and have a good recipe for them. ANy ideas?

If you can find them in your grocery freezer section, Alexia has sweet potato fries all ready to bake. No chopping. No oil. 140 cals, 5g fat, 140mg sodium/serving.

Try sprinkling some brown sugar, cinnamon, maybe a dash of chili powder...
