And be kind, they have a tough job and probably are a bit upset at the recent news that bodybuilding.com and fitocracy.com are now paying bonuses and allowing Mods to use their forums for commerical purposes with a referreal fee.

    I like most of them. I have done enough admining and moderating around to know they got a tough job. Doesn't mean I always agree with them and I tell them whenever I agree with them and hope they listen. Sometimes they're unfair (At least by my POV) and for that also I talk to them.

    What gets me most of the time is when the users just start kicking and screaming like little kids and start QQ'ing about mods. Try to reason with them. They're human beings. They're in the business of running a place where you are basically their customers. They're NOT out to get you. Reason with them and talk to them like human beings.

    He's handed most of the moderating side of the business to Olivia now from what I understand. If you talk to Steven directly he usually asks to talk to Olivia and contact him only in a situation when you don't agree with Olivia or when Olivia is unable to help you
