Hi, I am new. I used to be a Jazzercise Instructor and was a mean, lean, fighting machine:) Then I took 3 years off and put on 10 pounds each year. So am back to Jazzercise as a student and have to start eating right as I am 47 and packing on the pounds. Who can tell me if my "net" is the calories I still have left to consume?????
