14 lbs/ 7 kilo before spring

Hi there,

My name is Mauzel, and im 48 years.
Last year i lost 28 lbs, 14 kilo s. But because i was so busy for work, i was getting less sportif.

Now im trying to pick up my schedule and running again. I have an own little gym (i don t like the gyms in town)
So i run on the treadmill and do some powertraining with weights and the ball.

I try to eat healthy as possible, but sometimes im weak and am i craving for sweets and chips. Try to ignore this, not always succesfully! :))

I would like to make some friends here, so we can inspire each other.
