thanks for posting this! I haven't (but I just started!) I am traveling 5+ hours to see a concert and walk around Chicago this weekend. I know the food isn't going to be all that healthy and I am trying to figure out how to compensate! I am not sure if I should work out extra hard on saturday (we leave sunday) or not?0

I'm the same as jleydon an love the first sentence "I don't give myself a cheat day"because honestly, I haven't "outlawed" anything from my diet."
@ flowerbud - Interesting; I might have to do that for my maintenance.0 -
I have about 1-2 cheat meals per week, but I always couple that with a bit more intense workout than normal.0

I never have cheat days, but if I know I'm having champagne and cake ill fit it into my calorie budget.
Thats my mentality also. I try to plan ahead if I know there is something higher calorie coming later in the day. But I also am not really stressed if i overeat anymore. I try to squeeze in a little extra exercise and make it up the next day also.0
