Always Hungry!

I have recently been very good about sticking to working out, a typical workout is a 3 mile run and 30 mins of weights. I have been constantly hungry! Is this normal/how do I stop these cravings? Thanks

Are you eating back your exercise calories?0

If you're truly experiencing hunger, then chances are you may not be eating enough to compensate for your workouts. You need to eat enough to support the active changes you're adding to your lifestyle.0

I would say EAT! If you're running and lifting, you gotta fuel that body. If you're constantly hungry, I'd say that's a sign that you're not eating enough, but can't see your diary, so can't say for sure. Just a guess.0
