Hey, does anyone have tips to help with hunger. It is now friday and i started my diet monday. I am still hungry. Any tips for filling up on a diet?

Protein keeps you full longer, so you may want to try having protein at every meal. Or a protein filled snack such as a hard boiled egg or almonds or other nut. Beef Jerky, beef, chicken, peanut butter. Things like that will help fill you up and keep you full.0

How much protein/fat are you normally eating?
