Okay so basically imma start insanity on monday and imma stick to it the wholr time according to the book I can eat 2100 cals a day with the program but im not gonna follow their diet but my question is which is best protein powder for me to go buy while on the program and please feel free to add your success on the program and thanks happy health all ^-^
