How much protein should I be eating?

I'm a 5"5 133lb female, do mostly running for cardio, and starting a weight training program at the gym to reduce BF% (currently 25%) and tone up. MFP has my protein levels set at 74 but I'm thinking it should be higher than this. How do I work it out?

I eat in the 90's
Some people say 1 gram per pound of body weight. I don't know how accurate that is, though. (I believe that's for lifting)
Others say 1 gram per pound of lean body mass.0 -
I really don't know how to calculate your needs, but I don't believe there is anything as too much protein. Use the number from MFP as a minimum if you're trying to add muscle (lean body mass) and get as much as you can.0
