Running App to upload walking and running

So I'm using Nike running app on my iphone but it seems I can't upload this to mfp. Is there a free app that will log my walking and also my running that I can sync here? Thanks in advance.

    Check out endomondo. It is available on iPhone, Droid, and even Windows Phone. You can link it to your myfitnesspal account and it uploads logged workouts automatically.
