Hello Everyone:
Just introducing myself. I have always struggled with weight issues. After my kids were teens, I lost about 25 lbs. and kept it off mostly for years until menopause (I am 54). I kept most of it off, but so much harder. I also added a few lbs. here and there and now I am the largest I have been in years. I want to lose 15 lbs., but would be quite OK with losing 10 and staying there. I feel very blah and my clothes don't fit at all and it is almost summer. Hope to get some motivation soon :)...:smile:
