I love prawn cocktail, with lettuce and seafood sauce. The sauce you can make with low fat mayonnaise and a couple tablespoons of passata sauce, a little lemon juice and paprika. It's quite easy too :)

A lot of times, I just use lite salad dressings for marinades. Lite Italian (or fat free), lite raspberry vinagrette, or mix 2 Tablespoons each lemon juice and soy sauce (add garlic too if you like). Try whatever strikes your fancy until you fid what you like best.

Easy. Fry with a tiny bit of oil and a couple of chopped garlic cloves. 2 to 3 mins, sprinkle with pepper and you're done!

If you're not confident of your cooking, try a ready-made simmer sauce and follow the directions on the package. Generally you would stir-fry some shrimp and veggies, simmer about 1/2 hour in the sauce, then serve over rice. Bon appetit!

When I buy one of those huge $10 bags of frozen shrimp, I toss together some cornstarch (or flour), black pepper, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper. Coat all the shrimp with the starch mixture and fry on both sides in oil (I use extra virgin olive oil) until you get a nice brown crust. I make a homemade lemon garlic soy sauce to go with the shrimp, or if I'm lazy, I'll just use teriyaki sauce straight from the bottle. You can serve with stir fried veggies or brown rice.
