Any advice with starting 30 day shred?

I want to start the 30 day shred but how should I prepare to start? I don't own any weights and don't have the money to buy some so other than weights what should i do or get?

    soup can's or fill a milk or juice jug with water

    Well, honestly 2lb weights at Target are less then $5 for two.
    Other then that, soup cans are honestly the best way to go.

    Other then that, enjoy! Quite a few of the moves can be done without weights, but their less effective. :)

    Yep. Canned food items can work, or even two bottles of water. Anything with a little bit of weight. Good luck!

    I used 2 of the 48 ounce tomato juice cans, then I filled up 2 litre bottles with sand.

    Definitely agree with needing weights. You will feel it for sure if you're just starting out with 3 pound weights. Fill a jug with water or use soup cans if you have to, but 3lb dumbbells aren't that expensive at Target, Walmart, etc.

    Other than that, don't give up! Even if you can't do all of the exercises, don't stop moving through them.
