I think I am on day 52? It's been a learning curve. Some really great days. Some really not so great days. But I'm more fit and 10 lbs healthier than I was 53 days ago. Gotta remind myself to take it one day at a time. It's not a race. It's for life. I will get to the finish line one day, somehow or other.0

Hi Fellow MFP peeps,
Today I hit 55 days of logging in. Lost 7lbs so far. It isn't much but it is less than what I started out with and I am logging everyday good or bad. I am in this for the long haul. My goal is to lose two pants sizes by mid-summer. Everyday is a challenge but I am learning along the way. Everyday brings the opportunity to learn to eat better and to exercise more.
Who else is still keeping on keeping on?
Jackee

I must say...I am simply AMAZED at how long some of you have logged in. Congrats!! It gives me determination that I too can do it. I am serious about sticking with it. I log either on my phone or computer. I log whether it is a good day or a bad day. It helps me to remember where I have been and where I want to be.
Thanks guys for sharing!!!0 -
*raises hand*
Almost 270 days here. It's like walking, put one foot in front of the other....log one day, then the next , then the day after, becomes habit forming fast.0 -
Hang in there!0
