What do you net?

Im sure this has been asked before -- but what do you try to net every night after exercise?

I try to net anywhere between 1,300 - 1,480. I burn about 300 - 500 calories a day.
So I eat between 1,600 - 1,900 calories.

    I eat above my personal bmr and below my tdee so around 1600 before exercise and then I eat my calories back

    Net about 1600, gross about 2000. My daily goal (net) is set at 1780, but I often leave 100-200 buffer. As my running mileage increases, I'll try to decrease that buffer a bit to make sure I'm as well fueled as possible.

    Right now I'm netting right around 1300-ish...right around my BMR so I consume around 1650-1750.

    Thats reassuring that everyones netting near or close to me, I get kinda nervous sometimes that maybe im netting too high.

    I just started on this site a few days ago, but the goal amount is around 1800 calories, which will go higher with time as I exercise more, but I tend to stay 100-400 calories under that without feeling like I'm lacking.

    i eat heaps but do lots of excercise so i net low.

    still seems to work out for me ;)

    Above my BMR of 1362, which is rarely a problem on 1950 calories a day. :bigsmile:
