Officially "overweight"

Yeah, my BMI squeaked under 30 today. I'm no longer obese. It only took 27 lbs and 6 months. Another 6 months and I should be "healthy" I'm psyched!!

    well i am at just the start of this road... i am happy you did it!! a little jealous but you did the work and put in the time, if i keep it up i hope in 6 months to be posting the same thing! obese is an ugly word your are not part of anymore!

    OMY! It seems so strange to say it but I can't wait either!! Confession - I once used white-out on my Navy medical chart to get rid of the 'ob' word. :laugh:
