Protein Supplement Help

I have a terrible time reaching my protein goal (actually I’m pretty sure I’ve never reached it) so I have decided to supplement. No biggie right? The challenge is that I am allergic to soy, peanuts, tree nuts, corn and scaled fish. I found a brown rice protein that I think I can have on GNCs website but it only has 11g of protein in it and I see many other protein supplements have 22-25g of protein.

Should I have 2 servings of it?

Does anyone know of any other protein supplement I could have?

Here is the link to it:

Do you drink Skim milk? Very low in calories and has 8 g protein in 1 cup. 2 cups a day and you're at 16. Also, do you eat chicken? A chicken breast is LOADED with protein. I also snack on Skim Mozzarella sticks.

I have also had trouble reaching my protein and just making the decision that every meal and snack would have protein has helped a ton! I bought protein powder, but hardly use it! I eat greek yogurt every day which has a lot more protein than other yogurt, which helps a lot. I have also added low fat cheese sticks as snacks (eaten with a healthy carb). I also studied about metobolic types and manually changed my settings to better reflect my needs (see the link below) Good luck!

While I can have some dairy I suffer from severe acid reflux and dairy aggravates it so I try to stay away from most dairy items. Plus I've never been big fan of milk to begin with. I do eat chicken and beans as my main sources of protein (because I don't eat red meats or pork) but I still struggle to reach my goal.

Wow! All those food allergies, I do feel for you. With so many, not sure if perhaps you've forgotten to mention you are allergic to eggs (one of the common allergies) but if not, they are a great source of high quality protein.

Also, you could try to match your vegies together to end up with complete protein e.g. some combos are peas and corn, beans on toast
