So im starting my weight loss journey, at 140, and my current weight is 127, and my goal is 120!! hopefully these pics work lol!!

Wow. Wish I could be that size. Well done. What was you doing? I'm new the dieting and fitness. Always been a small slim girl until now. Of any advice please. Thanks0

I do cardio, 5x, a week, 35 min. I follow my gyms s.l.e.d. program. Ex: Walk 5 min, 3.0 after 5 min, alternate 3.0, for 1 minute, 5.0 every other minute. I do cardio M-F. Then we do weight circuit training, 2x a week. with 2 sets of ten at my max weight, and a 3rd set of go until you fail!
its working very well so far, along with watching what i eat, and staying at or under my 1200 calories..Oh ya and My fitness pal helps so much!!0 -
