Weight goes up after rest day? Using Scooby, help please.

I am doing Scoobys TDEE/BMR/Daily and finally seeing results. I am confused though about rest days. I put in 3-5 for my workout with a 20% cut. I want to average 2 rest days a week but unsure. I wonder how many calories I should eat. Right now I do my daily plus any burned that is less than my BMR but no more. Example I burn 625 calories and that 23 brings me under, I eat just that.
That is working for me, at the moment. However, I go up on rest days. Friday I did very little because I was tending to sick kids and cleaning up the house. Active but not my active. I ate my daily, up a pound. Yesterday I ate my daily but did 400 burned and dropped .4. So this morning I am still up a little but still carry a loss this week. Happy!
My question is do you aim to eat less than your daily on rest days? How do you do this so it is not always down, down, down, up, little down. Lol

Well actually that's normal for the scale no matter how accurate you're eating. It just fluctuates.0

I think it is best to not obsess over weight fluctuations!!! I know it is hard but try to look at the big picture, as long as the overall trend is downwards, then you're in the right path! Unless you're looking extra bloated and feeling uncomfortable after your rest day because of the 'weight gain', I think you're doing fine Also, if you want to have rest days for the rest of your live then stick with this! Unless you know that you can do without a rest day almost forever, it is definitely good to have rest days Only when you start to plateau for very long or even start gaining weight for a period of time (not just a 0.x lb fluctuation) then should you tweak your diet! Ultimately, you have to judge based on your energy levels, and how it affects you All the best!!0

I am ok with the ups and downs if I feel I did my best. Rest days, heck yeah. Even sick ones. I am just not sure what I shoud eat when using the numbers from Scooby. I would think my BMR on the down days and not the daily but this is where I feel confused.0 -
I think with TDEE - 20%, you eat the same amount of calories everyday (unless you miss one or more scheduled workouts). This means TDEE minus 20% on rest days, too.0
