If there was a diet pill or drink that actually worked there would be no fat people.

Everytime I hear 'rasberry ketone' my brain just conjures up an images of a delicious fizzy rasberry isonatonic sports drink! I know that is it not what it is but someone tell my imagination otherwise

You just reminded me that I have raspberries in my fridge. I love raspberries. They are the best of the berries.

Oh, and raspberry ketones don't work.

I have yet to see a success story on here (or anywhere) where the poster credits their weight loss to a pill, shake, or supplement.

Eat less, move more, repeat, repeat, repeat.

This is the only information with the words "raspberry ketones" in it that you should be reading. Period.

I asked about them at my local health store a few months ago. The herbal expert said that there was an experiment to try to help clinical depression in certain people. One of the "drugs" they tried was the keytones. As a side effect, some of the patients lost weight. So now they people who are marketing the keytones have added that to the "health benefits". Basically, the expert said it was a bunch of hooey. She did say that there are herbs that speed up metabolism a little, but not so much to see a significant weight loss.

I have tried them, in fact, I am still taking the rest of the bottle. I really didn't notice much difference. I like the green tea better. I do notice a difference with that!

how many more ketone topics are we going to have?

dr. oz is nuts, so unless you want to jump on the crazy train with him and try them....go ahead...

i'd rather exercise, eat right, and save my money.

They are very good at removing excess weight from your wallet.
  • I just saw that at walmart. I never even heard of it until I saw it today. I did grab the green coffee bean which I think I will regret. I will not regret Lipozene, it has always worked for me. My mom says sensa is working for her. I cannot afford that until I get my taxes lol, so until then Lipozene is my friend.
