daily nuts

hey guys,

i was just wondering about the consumption of nuts like walnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, etc.

i know its very beneficial and i am using it to replacing part of my carbs intake to fill my stomach. i was just kinda worried because the fat level in these nuts are quite high and i am wondering if it will affect my total daily fat intake.

thanks

Don't worry about good fats from nuts, avocados, salmon, etc...

That's why you log the food you eat. Take a look at your macros. MFP will tell you on your diary if you are hitting your macros or not. Of you are, yay! Keep it up. If you're not, make adjustments, whether that be cutting out the nuts, or cutting out another high fat food in your diary.

Fat's good for you. Don't be afraid to go over a little, or to have a higher fat goal. Besides, replacing the carbs with nuts is a healthy choice. Why worry about some silly numbers?
