Month at a glance! :)

So, last month I decided to start taking my measurements and keep track of them. . I had a planner I was doing weekly accounts..but this month I decided to do a starting and ending column...:)

Here are the results! :)

Starting
Weight: 310
Neck- 15"
Waist- 46.5"
Hips- 58.5"
Upper Belly - 49"
Calf - 20"
Upper Leg - 32.5 "
Chest- 48"

End of Feb :)
Weight- 303 (down 7 lbs!!)
Neck- 15" (stayed the same..at least not bigger!)
Waist- 46" (down 1/2 inch! )
Hips- 58" (down 1/2)!!
Upper Belly- 46" (down three inches...woot woot!)
Calf - 19.5" (down .5 inch!)
Upper Leg- 28.5 (down 4 inches!)
Chest- 46 " (down two...)

I can't believe the results!!! wow!! I use the same measurement tape and scale, and measure on the same morning (sat). :) Kinda helps keep the momentum going!! :0
