I'm new to exercise i'm a 25 old obese male i recently started at a gym,what cardio should i be doing?

Don't push yourself too hard when you first start. If you're not comfortable with running quite yet, walking works just the same! Once you feel a little more confident, you can try to slowly add in running. For instance, "I'll run for 20 seconds and walk for a few minutes." If running/walking doesn't interest you, try using a stationary bike/elliptical/etc. Any cardio is good cardio, really. Best of luck!0

yes begin with walking, then increase the incline by 0.5 and the speed a little higher, and then start walking faster. do this till you feel comfortable, and then start running..0
