TMI-Days of Constipation

I'm having this problem. I usually go every.single.day and pretty close to the same time each day. However, about once per week I get these bouts of constipation. I haven't "gone" since Thurs/Fri.

Take a look at my diary. I hate taking milk of Mag or something equal!

    Hi! I looked at your diary and noticed you aren't tracking your fiber intake. Add fiber to your tracking info and try to reach that goal daily, and that (plus getting all your water every day) should help with the occasional constipation problems.
  • Try eating more apples and if you like them try raw carrots too. If you can incorporate at least an apple every day I promise that you will find this problem eases up. I know apples can be a little questionable if you don't get the right variety but if you can find Honeycrisp or Gala apples they taste really good and are better than any laxative.
  • I find drinking a TON of water helps. And I mean a ton, lol. Also, oatmeal or popcorn helps me.
