Hey my name is Corrine, just thought i'd share my success so far. Started on 7/1/13 and I weighed this morning another 5lb lost total so far off 44lb still got another 56lb to go, but its coming off!!

I'm on 1370 kcal aday, but somedays I only have 1100, I dont include my exercises in my kcal I stick to just the recommended kcals
I exercise 6 days aweek off cardio and strength I do love exercising.

Sunday either rest or kettlebells (depending on work)
Monday Bokwa
Tuesday Bokwa
Wednesday kettlebells
Thursday Bokwa
Friday kettlebells
Saturday kettlebells or rest

    Yes since january no dont feel hungry, check out my diarys I do eat a lot. :)

    I'm sure some people will comment that you are losing too fast, but I think as long as you are eating well, you're clearly not going into storage mode; good luck to you.

  • This is amazing work!! I've been trying to do tdee -20% with no success so gonna go back to 1200 and see. Do you mind if I ask what your start weight was and height is?

    No I dont mind, I was 278lb and height is 5ft2in now i'm 234lb
  • This is extremely motivating/inspiring-- that's almost 5 pounds a week! I would love to see your diary but I guess it's only visible to your friends?

    That is a great job :-) Fantastic loss. Thank you for the friends request. Our stories are kinda similar with the amount of weight lost in a relatively short time, will be great to get the motivation to keep going from each other. Although I have a lot more to loose than you so will be at it a bit longer I think. :-)
